Caríssimas e caríssimos, 

Uma saudação a todos! O encontro planetário Hombre Mundo está a chegar e queremos assegurar a cada um a nossa maior unidade, que seja ELE a inflamar-nos para o ut omnes (que todos sejam um).! 

Enviamo-vos algumas informações importantes para o sucessodo único encontro em direto pelo Zoom que, como se recordam é no SÁBADO 26 de Fevereiroàs12:00 de Greenwich ( 13:00 em Itália). 

Esta é a ocasião para nos saudarmos e tomarmos consciência que somos realmente “um povo” espalhado por toda a terra que vive,trabalha e reza para construir um mundo melhor e mais unido. 

O PROGRAMAdo encontro zoom (40 minutos) consiste em nos saudarmos reciprocamente, ligarmo-nos ao Gen Rosso que está em Lampedusa (ilha do mar Mediterrâneo, símbolo do acolhimento a tantos refugiados e migrantes) e em rezar juntos o Time Out. Aqui encontram a tabela com oprogramadetalhado, pedimos que o leiam atentamente para estarem prontos para participar. O programa foi idealizado por um grupo de gen3 italianos e duas gen2 do Centro Gen. 

ATENÇÃO PARA LIGAREM E DESLIGAREM AS CÂMARAS NO MOMENTO CERTO.Como podem ver no programa, para nos saudarmos online dividimos o mundo em 10 áreas. Depois dos primeiros 4 minutos de saudação e introdução é importante que TODOS desliguem s câmaras e os microfones.Porquê? Para pôr em evidência, nas primeiras páginas do zoom, SÓ os jovens daqueles países que estão a saudar. Pedimo-vos que vejam quandoé que o vosso país saúda(ver programa detalhado) e estejam prontos para ligarem as câmaras e os microfones naquele momento preciso, ou seja, enquanto o vosso porta voz fala para estarem prontos a saudarem vivamente, logo que ele ou ela tenha terminado. Passado um minuto o nosso realizador desligará automaticamente todos os microfones no zoom e a nessa altura pedimos a quem já saudou que desligue imediatamente a câmara. 

Depois o realizador porá em evidência (spot light) o porta voz da próxima nação (ou conjunto de nações) que irá saudar. E assim por diante. 

Naturalmente, no início e no fim de todo o programa é belo ligarem as câmaras para nos vermos. 

CORES:atribuimos uma cor a cada nação /área geográfica. Pedimos que tenham lenços ou faixas, ou mesmo blusas ou qualquer outra coisa da cor que vos atribuimos, para estarmos unidos e sermos reconhecidos no momento das saudações. Obrigada!

SÓ para os 10 gen3 porta vozes das nações:Com as e os gen3 porta vozes das 10 áreas geográficas faremos um ensaio no sábado, dia 26 às 11:00, no mesmo zoom. Aos 5 gen que saudarão no início (antes do Gen Rosso) pedimos que saúdem de forma divertida (ainda é carnaval) talvez mesmo com trava línguas intraduzíveis, enquanto que aos 5 gen porta vozes que saudarão no segundo momento, ou seja, antes do Time Out, pedimos que pronunciem solenemente a Regra de ouro na própria língua tendo uma vela acesa perto do ecran.

Dearest all, Many greetings to all of you! The worldwide Hombre Mundo event is just around the corner and we wanted to assure each one of our greatest unity, so that it will be HIM among us who will sets us on fire for the ut omnes - the prayer of Jesus “That all may be one”! We are sending you some important information so the only live Zoom appointment that, as you will remember, will be on SATURDAY 26thFEBRUARY at 12:00 GMT (13:00 in Italy)will run smoothly. 

It will be an opportunity to greet each other and realize that we are truly “a people” scattered throughout the earth that lives, works and prays to build a better and more united world. 

THE PROGRAMMEof the zoom appointment (40 minutes) consists in greeting each other, linking up with Gen Rosso who will be in Lampedusa (an island in the Mediterranean Sea, symbol of the welcoming of many refugees and migrants) and praying together the Time Out. Here you will find the timetable with the detailedprogramme, which we ask you to read carefully to be ready to participate.The programme was prepared by a group of Italian gen3 and two gen2 of the Gen Centre. 

BE CAREFUL TO TURN THE CAMERAS OFF AND ON AT THE RIGHT TIME.As you can see from the programme, to be able to greet each other live we have subdivided the world into 10 areas. After the first 4 minutes of greeting and introduction it is important that EVERYONE turns off the cameras and microphones. Why? To highlight, in the first pages of zoom, ONLY the teens from those countries who will be greeting us. We therefore ask you to identify at which point your nation will be greeting all (see detailed programme) and be ready to turn on the cameras and microphones at that precise moment, that is, while your spokesperson speaks, be ready to greet enthusiastically, as soon as he / she has finished speaking. After one minute our Zoom director will automatically turn off all the microphones and at that point we ask those who have already said hello to turn off their camera immediately. 

The director will then spotlight the spokesperson of the next nation (or cluster of nations) who will be greeting. And so on. Of course even at the beginning and at the end of the whole programme it is nice to turn on the cameras to see each other. 

COLOURS:We have assigned a colour to each country / geographical area.We ask you to be ready with coloured handkerchiefs or bandanas, or t-shirts or anything else that has the colour we have assigned to you, to be united and recognizable at the time of your greetings. Thank you!

Carissime e carissimi, un saluto a tutti! 
L’appuntamento planetario Hombre Mundo è alle porte e ci tenevamo ad assicurare a ciascuno la nostra unità più grande, che sia LUI tra noi ad infiammarci per l’ut omnes!

Vi inviamo alcune informazioni importanti per la buona riuscita dell’unico appuntamento in diretta Zoom che, come ricorderete, sarà SABATO 26 FEBBRAIO alle ore 12:00 di Greenwich (ore 13:00 in Italia).
Questa è l’occasione per salutarci e renderci conto che siamo davvero “un popolo” sparso su tutta la terra che vive, lavora e prega per costruire un mondo migliore e più unito.

IL PROGRAMMA dell’appuntamento zoom (40 minuti) consiste nel salutarci a vicenda, collegarci con Gen Rosso che si trova a Lampedusa (isola nel mar Mediterraneo, simbolo dell’accoglienza di tanti profughi e migranti) e nel pregare insieme il Time Out. Qui trovate la tabella con ilprogramma dettagliato che vi preghiamo di leggere attentamente per essere pronti a partecipare. Il programma è stato ideato da un gruppo di gen3 italiani e due gen2 del Centro Gen.

ATTENZIONE A SPEGNERE E ACCENDERE LE TELECAMERE AL MOMENTO GIUSTO. Come potete vedere dal programma, per salutarci in diretta abbiamo suddiviso il mondo in 10 aree. Dopo i primi 4’ minuti di saluto e introduzione è importante che TUTTI spengano le telecamere e il microfono.Perché? Per mettere in evidenza, nelle prime pagine di zoom, SOLO i ragazzi di quelle nazioni che stanno salutando. Vi chiediamo dunque di individuare a che punto saluta la vostra nazione (vedi programma dettagliato) ed essere pronti ad accendere telecamera e microfoni in quel preciso momento, cioè mentre parla il vostro portavoce per essere pronti a salutare vivacemente, appena lui/lei ha terminato. Passato un minuto il nostro regista spegnerà automaticamente tutti i microfoni su zoom e a quel punto chiediamo a chi ha già salutato di spegnere subito la telecamera. Il regista poi metterà in evidenza (spot light) il portavoce della prossima nazione (o grappolo di nazioni) che saluterà. E così via.
Naturalmente anche all’inizio e alla fine di tutto il programma è bello accendere la telecamera per vedersi.

COLORI: abbiamo assegnato un colore ad ogni nazione / area geografica. Vi chiediamo di munirvi di fazzoletti colorati o bandane, oppure magliette o qualsiasi altra cosa abbia il colore che vi abbiamo assegnato, per essere uniti e riconoscibili al momento dei saluti. Grazie!

SOLO per i 10 gen3 portavoce delle nazioni: Con i e le gen3 portavoce delle 10 aree geografiche faremo le prove sabato 26 alle ore 11:00, sullo stesso zoom. Ai cinque gen che salutano all’inizio (prima di Gen Rosso) chiediamo di dare dei saluti divertenti (è ancora carnevale) magari anche con scioglilingua intraducibili, mentre ai cinque gen portavoce che saluteranno nel secondo momento, cioè prima del Time Out, chiediamo di pronunciare solennemente la Regola d’oro nella propria lingua tenendo una candela accesa vicino allo schermo.

Chers amis un salut à tous ! Le rendez-vous planétaire Hombre Mundo arrive à grands pas et nous voulions assurer tout le monde de notre plus grande unité, que c’est LUI parmi nous qui nous enflammera pour l’ut omnes ! 

Nous vous envoyons quelques informations importantes pour la réussite duseul rendez-vous Zoom en direct qui, comme vous vous en souvenez, aura lieu SAMEDI 26 FÉVRIER à 12h de Greenwich (13h00 en France). 

C’est l’occasion de se saluer et de réaliser que nous sommes vraiment “un seul peuple”, dispersé sur toute la terre, qui vit, travaille et prie pour construire un monde meilleur et plus uni. 

LE PROGRAMMEzoom (40 minutes) consiste à se présenter, à se connecter au Gen Rosso qui se trouve à Lampedusa (île de la Méditerranée, symbole de l’accueil de tant de réfugiés et de migrants) et à prier ensemble le Time Out. Vous trouverez ici le tableau avec leprogrammedétaillé que nous vous demandons de lire attentivement afin d’être prêt à participer. Le programme a été conçu par un groupe de Gen3 italiens et 2 Gen2 du Gen Centre. 

FAITES ATTENTION À ÉTEINDRE ET ALLUMER LES CAMÉRAS AU BON MOMENT.Comme vous pouvez le voir dans le programme, pour nous accueillir en direct, nous avons divisé le monde en 10 régions. Après les 4’ minutes de salutation et de présentation, il est important que TOUT LE MONDE ferme sa caméra et son micro. Pourquoi ? Afin de mettre en évidence, sur les premières pages du zoom, UNIQUEMENT les Juniors des pays qui saluent. Nous vous demandons donc de repérer à quel moment votre nation salue(voir le programme détaillé) et d’être prêt à ouvrir votre caméra et votre micro à ce moment précis, c’est-à-dire pendant que votre porte-parole parle, afin de saluer en direct, dès qu’il/elle a terminé. Au bout d’une minute, notre réalisateur éteint automatiquement tous les micro du zoom et à ce moment-là, nous demandons à la personne qui a déjà salué d’éteindre tout de suite la caméra. 

Le réalisateur mettra ensuite en lumière le porte-parole de la prochaine nation (ou groupe de nations) à saluer. Et ainsi de suite. 

Bien sûr, au début et à la fin de tout le programme, il est sympa d’ouvrir sa caméra pour se voir. 

COULEURS :nous avons attribué une couleur à chaque nation/région. Nous vous demandons d’apporter des tissus ou des bandanas de couleur, ou des T-shirts ou n’importe quoi d’autre avec la couleur que nous vous avons attribuée, pour être unis et reconnaissables au moment de la salutation. Merci !

UNIQUEMENT pour les 10 porte-paroles gen3 des différentes Régions :Nous ferons les répétitions le samedi 26/02 à 11h00, sur le même zoom. Nous demanderons aux 5 gen qui saluent au début (avant le Gen Rosso) de faire des salutations amusantes (c’est encore carnaval), tandis que les 5 porte-parole qui salueront dans la 2ème partie, c’est-à-dire avant le Time Out, nous leur demanderons de prononcer solennellement la Règle d’Or dans leur propre langue en tenant une bougie allumée près de l’écran.
