ecco la mail da far circolare .... come scritto anche nel whatsapp l'incontro è aperto anche asgli animatori RpU, sapendo che il focus di questo incontro è per gli assistenti.

Ciao a tutti,

vi scriviamo per ricordarvi l’appuntamento che abbiamo l’ 11 di settembre per gli assistenti gen2/gen3/gen4.
Il titolo saràACCOMPAGNARE CON GESU’ IN MEZZO.

Chi? Sono invitati tutti gli adulti che come assistenti si mettono al servizio dei gen4, dei gen3 e dei gen2, appartenenti a qualsiasi vocazione dell’Opera (popi/e, volontari/e, impegnati, aderenti).

Quando? L’11 settembre, è un sabato. 2 fasce orarie disponibili, in cui si ripeterà il programma (gli orari indicati sono quelli di Roma, UTC+2) :

Dalle 10.00 alle 12.30
Dalle 17.00 alle 19.30

Ognuno, singolarmente o insieme con gli altri della sua zona/zonetta/territorio, sceglierà in quale fascia oraria partecipare.

Lingua: l’incontro sarà in italiano, ma assicureremo le traduzioni in: Inglese, Francese, Portoghese, Spagnolo e Tedesco . Inoltre si potranno aggiungere fino a 7 traduzioni in altre lingue, con traduttori delle zone (e noi possiamo anche supportarvi nella ricerca): fateci sapere le vostre disponibilità e richieste.

Come : sarà tutto su Zoom, vi faremo avere i link più avanti.

Programma: vi scriveremo i dettagli, intanto vi possiamo dire che avremo una prima parte tutti quanti insieme e poi, dopo un intervallo, ci divideremo secondo le fasce di età in uno zoom per gen2, uno per gen3 e uno per gen4.

Hi everyone,

We are writing to remind you of our appointment on September 11 for gen2/gen3/gen4 assistants.

The title will be ACCOMPANYING WITH JESUS IN THE MIDST.

Who?All the adults who are at the service of the Gen4, Gen3 and Gen2 as assistants. Those of all vocations of the Work of Mary are invited (popi/e, volunteers, adherents, members of the local communities, etc).

When?Saturday, September 11. There are 2 time slots available, the program will be repeated in both moments (the times indicated below are those of Rome, UTC+2):

- From 10AM to 12:30PM (UTC+2)

- From 5PM to 7:30PM (UTC+2)

Each participant, individually or together with others in their territory/ region can choose the time that works best for their attendance.

Language: the meeting will be in Italian, and we will provide translations in: English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and German. We could also add other languages, up to 7 translations, with translators from the regions. We can be of assistance in the search for translators, but please let us know if there are availabilities and/or requests.

How: everything will be virtual, on Zoom. Links for all meetings to follow.

Program: Additional details are coming soon. In the meantime, we anticipate that there will be a first moment all together and then, after a break, we will meet according to age groups in a zoom for gen2, one for gen3 and one for gen4.
